Process Flow
Patterns Making
We make patterns for each product according to the mockups, style and size charts provided by the customers.
Pre-Bulk Samples
Bulk production is started once samples are approved by the customers.
Fabric and Materials Sourcing
We source fabric and other materials, as per customer's requirements, from approved and certified vendors.Â
Cutting, Embroidery & Printing
Once samples are approved by the customer we move to the next process of fabric cutting according to the patterns. After cutting the fabric is sent to the printing and embroidery departments. In case of sublimation products orders, before cutting, sublimation printing is performed on the fabric.
Stitching
Once cutting, printing and embroidery processes are complete the panels are stitched together according to the design. Labels customized with customers' logos and brand names are also stitched in this process.
Quality Control and Packing
Quality control department inspects all the items before forwarding them for steam press & packing. All the products are ironed, tags are affixed and packed according to customers' demand. Once packed all the items are put in cartons and shipped via reliable couriers.
